Hello there !

I am Audrey Onfroy, research engineer in computational biology. My work consists in making sequencing data express their deepest secrets ! I recently achieved my PhD thesis at Mondor Biomedical Research Institute, in Créteil, France. You can read more about my project here.

This website aims to be an overview of my activities. I used to write a lot of code snippets on sticky notes, stuck everywhere on my computer, the desk, and a bit of the wall… Now they are accessily from everywhere and by everyone ! 📒 You can also find tools that I develop to ease/fasten computional analysis, and analyses themselves.
